Aligning email signatures

All members of the community who have access to a Future Considerations email address must add a signature on all outgoing emails. Please find a detailed how to guide as to how to add a signature to your outgoing emails depending on the email application you use.

Add a signature

Correct-signature
Each of our signatures should be aligned with the example to the right.  Be sure to include the following compulsory elements listed below to your signature, all of which should be updated to reflect your most up to date contact details:

  • Full name
  • Future Considerations logo
  • Role
  • Email
  • Mobile
  • Phone (this phone number rings through to Angela)
  • Web
  • Marketing message (changeable according to marketing needs)
  • Terms of business

Your signature should be in Size 10 font (either San Serif or Arial font). Adding a signature to your email address is different depending on the way that you are accessing your Future Considerations email.
