That insight is what now guides me in supporting people on their journeys to explore, pursue and realise what they deeply care for.” Patrice is an experienced learning facilitator, coach and social entrepreneur, who strives to actively contribute to individuals, teams and organisations purpose and wellbeing. She provides for a great variety of professional experience ranging from multinational organisations to social entrepreneurial networks. She designs and facilitates intercultural leadership and talent development programmes, multinational programmes on social corporate responsibility and hosts communities of practice and learning groups. Prior to this, Patrice held various management positions at KLM, Hill & Knowlton, Social Venture Network and Spencer Stuart.
