Ana is an expert in learning design, leadership development and team facilitation with over 20 years’ experience.
Most of her experience has been gained in large and global organisations, primarily in the BBC, where she spent 18 years in leadership (mid-to-senior level management), internal consultancy and organisational learning roles. Ana has managed teams of trainers, online learning designers and learning consultants, as well as delivered programmes herself throughout the complete cycle of learning design. She has launched a major redesign of the BBC’s leadership programmes (at 3 levels), led the first internal online and social learning team, and designed and delivered numerous programmes, particularly in the areas of leadership, change management and compliance.
