“Caroline, I really like working with you, and I would not hesitate working with you again. You’re very engaged. You know your environmental stuff and understand the issues; you can really get into what you’re delivering so we didn’t have to explain what we were trying to do. I think all along the project to write the Environment & Social Report you’ve been very clear about being transparent and open, plans, availability, and that’s really important. You were fully engaged and driving the project forward. I would highly recommend your work.”

“I used to believe that providing more information about the state of the world would be sufficient to provoke action and change behaviours. Having reconsidered this type of action I can say that is not even close to the truth. Building on strengths, helping people discover how they can contribute, and then tying that to the improvements in how they and their companies work – that’s where quantum improvement comes from. Not just quantum from an environmental and social perspective, though you get those improvements too, but quantum in terms of a company’s economic and competitive performance.”

Caroline has had 20 years experience developing and running environmental/sustainability functions across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Her breadth of experience informs her understanding of an organization’s impacts externally,  the impact the external environment has on an organization, and how to engage with employees, civil society, investors and government to make those impacts positive.

Her natural strengths lie in communications and the creation of engagement, training and political platforms to enable effective strategy development and implementation.

Caroline is based in the UK.
