“Jarda is one of the few people I can easily say have influenced my concept of what leadership really stands for. His unique approach to coaching has often provoked deeper awareness of me and the motives and values which drive me forward. Jarda’s ability to analyze the status quo, to foresee future implications and to communicate and build rapport has given me a comfortable platform to process information and concerns into value – driven, long-term solutions. The great passion, presence and optimism he put in all the things we worked upon has always left me with a sense of enthusiasm and inspiration.”

“When I started my career as a coach, facilitator and a leadership consultant, I thought I will largely be supporting others in their development, that I will have a chance to ‘make a difference’ in their lives. Over time I have had to reconsider my assumption. I found that to help others grow, I must also invest a lot of time into constantly developing myself and that a crucial step to see myself and others grow is to first accept and find compassion for who we are already.”

Jarda has close to 10 years of experience in facilitating leadership development and social change in over 20 countries. He is currently a fellow of Future Considerations, while at the same time a founder of his own consultancy called Tribe Network. Jarda is also a writer and speaker on topics of leadership, personal change and social evolution.

He has published ‘The Invitation’ in 2010 inviting readers to take responsibility for creating our future. Jarda would describe himself as a ‘world citizen’ and is committed to living a purposeful life and constantly looking for new opportunities to grow and develop.

Jarda is based in the Czech Republic.
