“My view of photography, and the creation of photo-books changed after being a photographer for over 40 years. I recently attended an awards ceremony and party, given by Blurb (an online self-publishing book company), and looking at some of the award winning entries I could not see their merits. So I started asking people, who were looking at them also, to explain what they saw. The result open my eyes to seeing the power of photography and story telling through photos that broke through my old conceptions of what I had considered necessary for “a perfect image”, and old ideas of how to present a story.”

Martin has over 30 years international consulting and coaching experience within a wide range of industries, including financial services, chemicals, engineered materials, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, steel, electronics, toys, publishing and education. He has also been an entrepreneur, turnaround manager and an interim executive leading a global organization within a Fortune 100 Company.

He works with leaders and their teams focusing on organizational transformation and change, often working with technology-driven organizations and functions, such as R&D and IT. His intention with leadership teams and executives is to increase their own capabilities to engage peoples’ hearts and minds, opening the door to outstanding short-term results in the context of strategic change.
