The recession has presented a challenge; how to continue to effectively develop people when resources are severely constrained. Nichola has worked in HR for more than 20 years and has a depth and breadth of experience (including line HR experience) in addressing people issues in organisations. She has worked across a range of organisations in both the public and private sectors on a variety of assignments in the areas of: management & leadership development, coaching, assessment & development centres, competency frameworks, performance management, organisation design and team building.
